Jan Aplin | Book Corner manager

Jan, a retired medical transcriptionist, has found a meaningful mission as manager of daily operations for our congregational bookstore. She has also taken the lead role in marshalling people and contributions for St. Paul’s Gulf Coast Mission. Jan and her husband Jock live in rural Blue Grass.

Katie teaches writing and education classes at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL and coordinates St. Paul’s ALPHA program. Katie’s husband Dave Crowe, chair of the English department at Augustana, chairs the Building Committee at St. Paul. Katie and Dave co-lead the St. Paul literature discussion group Faithful Readers. Their three children — Michael, Tyler, and Emily — are actively involved in school and St. Paul activities. Read about Katie at the Augustana College website.
