Faith, food, and spirit add up to congregational joy throughout the year at St. Paul.
St. Paul’s annual spring celebration is festooned with gratitude for God’s great blessings among us. The date is usually a Sunday in May, on the north church lawn. We pull in the HyVee grill wagon and set up a large tent for the biggest potluck in town. We close off Lombard Street and spill over into Vander Veer Park with a band, street basketball, balloon magic, and more.

Bike rides draw young and old, long-distance riders and less experienced pedalers. In Spring, this famiily ride takes the Mississippi River bike path from Credit Island. The colorful autumn ride passes through marshlands and prairie along the Illinois Great River Bike Trail north of Fulton.
Alpha brings people together to explore the very basic of Christian faith in spring and winter. All St. Paul Reads is a movement in reading and community sponsored by the Book Corner each year.
